The Albion Manor Bed and Breakfast is Victoria’s Victorian Jewel. Rated with four and a half stars by Canada Select, the B&B was built in 1892 and is conveniently located in a quiet historic residential neighbourhood, only walking distance from the Inner Harbour, the Parliament Building, the Royal British Museum, the downtown core, the US ferry terminal and the ocean.
All guestrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished with warm and cozy antiques. Each guestroom has its own unique charm. Some of them have private entrances, balconies or patios, others have Jacuzzis or a real claw foot tub. All guestrooms have private en-suite bathrooms and come with king- or queen sized beds with fine linens and down duvets.
The hosts Don & Fernando are very welcoming and helpful in pointing out local points of interests. The house and guestrooms are filled with an astounding eclectic art collection from paintings, sculptures to ceramics from all over the world which makes you feel like you are walking through a museum. Some pieces are made by the artist Fernando himself.
Breakfast time is a real treat in this B&B! Every morning Don and Fernando freshly prepare a delicious gourmet breakfast for their guests and serve it in the formal historic dining room.
The beautiful well kept gardens with pear and apple trees invite guests to sit and relax after a day of activities.
